TruVenturo VC Hamburg - Elicited requirements for a tour operator system by (1) extracting data requirements from existing workflow documents, (2) hosting requirements sessions with the business department, and (3) conducting strategic workshops with management.
- Designed and iteratively built, using Node.js and Angular, a web-based information system supporting procurement, inventory management, product management, sales, and after-sales.
- Integrated the system with product information, accounting, and content systems using RESTful RPC and event-driven, message-based APIs.
- Managed the rollout and operations of the business-critical system, including user training and support.
- Onboarded four developers to the team, introduced Scrum and continuous integration processes, defined quality guidelines, and monitored team performance.
